How unlimited is "unlimited"?

Once you subscribe, you can add as many tasks to your queue as you'd like. Your active request will then be delivered to you one by one.

How will I request a design?

You will manage your requests on your design board. Easily add the details of your request via your preferred format (Google Doc, Loom video, etc). As long as we can access it from your board, that's all we need.

How fast are designs delivered?

You'll typically receive designs within 2-3 business days. Complex tasks may require additional time.

Why shouldn't I just hire a full-time employee?

Hiring a full-time senior designer will cost you upwards of $100,000. With us, you'll pay a fraction of that cost while still receiving top notch designs.

Plus with the flexibility to pause your subscription at any time, you'll only pay for design services when you need them.

How does the pause feature work?

Pausing allows you to maximize your investment during quieter times. Since billing cycles are 31 days, consider the following scenario:

Your entire design queue has been finished in 18 days. Just ping us and we'll pause your subscription. This way you have 13 days of service already paid for whenever you're ready to get started again.

What programs do you design in?

I typically design in Affinity Designer and can export in many of the common file types you would expect (JPG, PNG, SVG, etc).

What if I'm not satisfied with a design?

We aim to deliver the best design on the first try. That being said we offer unlimited revisions so you'll always end up with the perfect design!

Who are the designers?

OpeningThread is actually a solo agency! That means you'll be working directly with me, Nish. I got into graphic design years ago when I wanted to increase the production quality of my Twitch streams. Over time I branched out into designing user-friendly websites for businesses.

Why kind of design work is NOT included?

3D modeling, complex packaging, document design (legal forms, etc), extensive print design (magazines, books, etc)

Can I get a refund if I don't like the service?

Due to the high-quality nature of the work, we do not allow refunds for work completed. However, you are welcome to cancel your subscription at any point.
